Using Again
Again is a general-purpose checklist and organization tool. You may use it for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
Your content
You are responsible for the lists, notes, and other information you enter into Again. Cross Stick Studios does not claim ownership of content you create in the app.
No guarantee of availability
We work to keep Again reliable, but the app is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Important information
Again is intended as a general organization tool. It should not be relied upon as the sole method of remembering or managing emergency, medical, safety-critical, financial, legal, or other time-sensitive obligations where failure could cause harm or significant loss.
Updates and changes
Cross Stick Studios may update, improve, change, or discontinue features of Again over time. These Terms may also be updated when necessary.
Apple App Store license
When Again is obtained through Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
